- Aetna: The Aetna Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan delivers a winning combination of choice and flexibility through a credentialed panel of participating dentists. Members can visit any licensed dentist-participating or nonparticipating- for covered services without prior approval. Members do not need to designate primary care dentists. However, when members use participating dentists, their out-of-pocket costs will generally be lower. Aetna offers both benefit differential and non-benefit differential plan designs.
- Blue cross: Freedom to receive services from any licensed dentist, with cost-saving discounts when services received from PPO network providers Convenient claim filing and no payments due at time of service (excluding applicable office-visit copays) for PPO services
- Blue shields: No deductibles and no calendar year maximums. A wide range of dental benefits, including most diagnostic and preventive services at no charge to you. Specialty care available with a referral from your dental provider. Virtually no claim forms. No waiting period for most services.
- Delta Dental: national Preferred Provider Option (PPO) is the solution for groups seeking lower cost advantages while retaining a level of provider freedom of choice. DeltaPreferred Option USA offers, Freedom to choose either a participating dentist or, for a higher cost, any non-network provider. Considerable cost savings when using a dentist who is a Preferred Provider in the Delta Dental network due to pre-negotiated lower fees.Dr Kruger is a particapating provider in this network.
- Metlife: is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) consisting of a nationwide network of over 75,000 carefully credentialed general and specialty dentists. All participating dentists agree to provide services to people in MetLife dental benefit plans at fees that are typically 10 - 35% below average charges in their communities.
- Golden West Dental (SmileChoice) was founded by dentists who understand the needs of both the patient AND the doctor. To read more on this plan just click on the link to Golden West Dental site.
- CIGNA Dental PPOs cover most preventive procedures at a reasonable cost, or at no cost to you. Your in-network out-of-pocket costs are lower than out-of-network, when you visit an in-network dentist (our office). You don't need a referral to see a specialist also.
